RE: Round 1, February 8 & 9 Cancelled
Due to track re-surfacing issues Motorcycling Victoria have advised us that the Broadford Road Race circuit will be unavailable for competition use until late February. Which means our race meeting scheduled for February 8 & 9 will be cancelled. We are in negotiations to find a replacement date but are not hopeful of being successful at this stage.
If you have entered round 1 please send an email to: info@hartwellmcc.org to advise the office whether (a) you wish to receive a refund or (b) would prefer to carry these funds over to another round.
Please note, if option (b) is chosen you will still be required to fill out a new entry form for that round.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience, sadly it is out of our control. We will post further updates as they become available to us from M.V.
